PLEASE PRUNE TREES! Especially the lemon tree! They can be really small!

Not a big fan of how close the vanity is to the tub, unless you do a glass partition between it, water will hit the cabinet and it will rot over time. I guess it’s fine for a flip .

Don’t remove the trees. Need to trim for sure. They are beautiful and gives the house a warm feel.

The front fence looks unfinished. The seating looks like people would fry sitting in that hot sun…would need umbrellas to make sense.

This is great but there are a couple of things that are not done up to par with the price. Specifically, the strange two-toned cabinets. They are outdated. It's better to have done all white oak. Also, the lack of mitred edges on the tile work in the bathrooms. Those two changes would have made a huge difference.

Maybe instead of cutting those trees that are so prettyyou could try to use them to make fhe entrywaylagical. Like tieing the branches together to make an arch or simply use their foliages to make an outside terrace/space with the branches as roof. It feels like it?s a waste tu cut down those trees. Or maybe move them to the backyard garden ? It.s super hard to move such old trees so i dont recommend it butplease do try to keep those trees alive…

The trees are sooo pretty, please do not remove them. It takes long time for them to grow this big and healthy. You may consider replanting them.

I am also going to chime in and see if you can just do a significant pruning to both the lemon tree and the bouginvilla in the front. The color and character they add is so lovely and would take years to duplicate at that level of maturity.

Could the area with the stairs going up to the primary bedroom be used for a home gym or office area? This floor plan would benefit from you opening up and removing a few walls to enhance the flow (depending on load bearing walls, of course).

Did these people just leave everything in the house? Strange layout for sure. Don’t remove the crape Myrtle, just trim. Good luck. I wouldn’t know where to start. Short of a full gut job back to the studs and rework the whole thing.

Wow! I think this is the most unconventional layout I've seen on your channel so far. Still the house has so much potential!🤩 I would move the staircase from the small front room to the middle bedroom. That would create 2 small first floor bedrooms with a hallway and stairs in between and still leave the back family room intact. You'd just have to reconfigure the primary bedroom closet for the new landing.😉
